Yes! All our jewellery are safe for new piercings as they are made from 14k and 18k solid gold. We use high-karat gold to ensure it's biocompatible and nickel-free, so your piercing doesn't have any reactions to the jewellery.

Unlike lower-end gold options, our gold will not tarnish or discolour EVER! Our pieces are made to be worn every day, everywhere.

Yes! Our jewellery will stay perfect don't matter if you shower, or do sports, or swim with it.

Yes! All of our solid gold pieces are engraved with a hallmark, which is a stamp that identifies its gold content.

Shipping & Deliveries

We aim to process and ship orders in 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. We ship all our orders under UPS®.

You can track your order using the tracking number received by email.

If your order doesn't arrive within 30 days, please email us with your order number and we will further look into it. If your order is deemed lost by the carrier, we will issue a full refund.

Assolari is based out of both US and UK.

Orders made at us.assolari.co will ship from our New York office, while orders made at assolari.co will ship from our London office.

North America: United States of America, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Mexico

Europe: United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, and Sweden

Oceania: Australia and New Zealand

Asia: Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand

Middle East: Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates

The shipping fee is calculated upon checkout and depends on your delivery address and order value.

As Assolari is based out of both US and UK, duties are not charged for these countries. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/country of the shipping address.

For all other countries, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note duties and taxes are not included in the total checkout cost and will vary by country. The customer is responsible for any and all customs/duties fees incurred.

As long as your order has not shipped, we can change your address in our system. To do this, please contact us at hello@assolari.co and we will update the system for you.

If your order has shipped with the wrong address, your order will most likely be returned to us. From there, we can either resend the order once you pay a new shipping fee, or we can offer a full refund for the items your ordered. Please note that shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.


We offer a 30-day return policy from the point that the customer received the product on full-priced items that are unworn and in original condition. Your purchase can be returned for a 12-month credit voucher or refund.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns at the moment. Return shipping fee is on the buyer's account and non-refundable.

If you want to return an item please email hello@assolari.co and attach reason for return along with photos of the piece in its original condition.

If your request passes our first review, we will be providing you the delivery address. Upon the items arrival we will be doing a second review to then approve or reject the return.

Please note that due to hygienic reasons, Assolari reserves the right to negate any refund if there are any indication that the piece was used or if it is out of its original box.

If your return is approved, you will receive a 12-month credit voucher or refund. If your return is rejected, you will need to pay for a new shipping label for the item to be returned to you.
